Responsibilities :

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultancy on logistics technology and software implementation.
Team Leadership:
● Lead and motivate a dedicated team, providing direction, support, and mentoring to achieve business objectives.
● Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the local team.
Operational Excellence:
● Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, project timelines, and quality standards are met.
● Collaborate with global stakeholders to align strategies and optimize operational processes.
Market Analysis and Strategy:

Requirements:

Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills, adept at managing client expectations and delivering solutions.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams towards achieving set goals and targets.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of logistics, supply chain, and familiarity with logistics software solutions.
