At Routekey, we are working with leading beauty company in Thailand, operating both offline and online stores. We're passionate about offering premium beauty products and experiences to our customers. Currently, we're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and expand our brand presence across Thailand.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning:
● Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to elevate brand visibility and market penetration.

Brand Development:
● Foster and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Campaign Management:
● Plan and execute creative and impactful marketing campaigns both for offline (events, partnerships, etc.) and online (digital ads, social media, etc.) channels.

Digital Marketing:
● Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, content creation, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Market Analysis:
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:
● Manage and inspire a marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve marketing objectives.

Collaborations and Partnerships:
● Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Requirements:

Experience: 15 years of progressive marketing experience within the beauty or retail industry, ideally in a managerial capacity.
Multichannel Marketing: Proven track record in devising and executing multichannel marketing strategies for both offline and online platforms.
Brand Development: Experience in brand development, with a strong understanding of brand identity and storytelling.
Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving marketing goals.
Creativity: Innovative thinking and creativity in crafting compelling marketing campaigns.
