At Routekey, we are working with leading financial institution in Thailand. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our client’s human resources department, foster a positive work culture, and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities :

HR Strategy:
● Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the bank's objectives to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:
● Oversee the recruitment process, attracting top-tier talent, and implementing strategies to retain high-performing employees.
● Design and implement effective onboarding and retention programs.

Employee Relations:
● Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.

Performance Management:
● Implement performance appraisal systems, training managers on effective performance evaluations, and career development plans.

Training and Development:
● Identify training needs, design training programs, and implement development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Compliance and Policies:
● Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
● Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.

HR Administration:
● Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HRIS management.

Employee Engagement:
● Drive initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and work-life balance.

Requirements:

Experience: Over 15 years of progressive HR experience within the banking or financial sector.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing HR teams and implementing HR strategies.
Banking Industry Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory aspects in Thailand.
Employee Relations: Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English.
HR Compliance: Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
