At Routekey, we are working with the global leader in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s team in Thailand and play a pivotal role in our HR strategies.
Responsibilities :
HR Strategy and Support:
● Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
● Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
Talent Management:
● Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.Identify future talent needs and develop plans to bridge skill gaps.
Employee Engagement:
● Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.Develop and execute programs to drive employee satisfaction and productivity.
Performance Management:
● Implement performance management systems, train managers on conducting performance reviews, and support career development plans.
Change Management:
● Lead change management initiatives and support teams through organizational changes.HR Compliance and Policies:Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local regulations.
● Develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and programs.
Employee Relations:
● Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conduct investigations, and provide resolutions.Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
Data-Driven Insights:
● Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience: Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Business Partnership: Demonstrated success as an HRBP, partnering with business leaders.
Retail Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations and HR practices.
Employee Relations: Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Thai and English.
HR Compliance: Sound knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
