At Routekey, we are now working with an innovative insurance company at the forefront of leveraging technology to revolutionize the insurance landscape. Our client is expanding, and seeking a skilled Development Manager to lead and drive technology initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership:
● Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, setting clear technical direction and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Software Development:
● Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable and innovative software solutions using C# and related technologies.
● Architect and implement efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.

Technology Strategy:
● Define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
● Evaluate and introduce new technologies or frameworks to enhance product capabilities and development processes.

Project Management:
● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
● Maintain code quality, review processes, and ensure compliance with coding standards and industry regulations.

Problem-Solving and Innovation:
● Identify technical challenges, provide innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements:

Expertise in C#: Extensive hands-on experience in software development using C# and associated frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading development teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
.Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a startup culture, adaptable, and capable of handling ambiguity and rapid change.
Architectural Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
