Responsibilities :
Business Development:
● Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and market penetration for our logistics software solutions.
● Identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and engage with potential clients to expand our market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions.
● Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultancy on logistics technology and software implementation.
Team Leadership:
● Lead and motivate a dedicated team, providing direction, support, and mentoring to achieve business objectives.
● Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the local team.
Operational Excellence:
● Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, project timelines, and quality standards are met.
● Collaborate with global stakeholders to align strategies and optimize operational processes.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and identify growth opportunities to tailor strategies for the local market.
● Develop and execute plans to expand our software offerings in the logistics sector.
Compliance and Reporting:
● Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record (15+ years) in a leadership role within the logistics software or consulting industry.
Business Development: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, acquiring clients, and expanding market share.
Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills, adept at managing client expectations and delivering solutions.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams towards achieving set goals and targets.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of logistics, supply chain, and familiarity with logistics software solutions.
Strategic Thinker: Visionary mindset with the ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
