Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership:
● Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives across the SEA region.
● Lead and oversee all IT operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
Team Management:
● Build and manage a high-performingIT team, providing mentorship and guidance.
● Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
Infrastructure Management:
● Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT infrastructure and systems.
● Ensure robustness, security, and reliability of the company's technology stack.
Systems and Applications:
● Oversee the deployment and maintenance of enterprise systems and applications.
● Drive the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Vendor Management:
● Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
● Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology partners across the region.
Security and Compliance:
● Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and compliance standards.
● Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
● Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
● Identify opportunities for technology investments to support business growth.
Qualifications:
● Extensive experience (10+ years) inIT leadership roles, preferably within the technology sector or a related industry in the SEA region.
● Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and operations across multiple locations.
● Strong knowledge of ITinfrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management.
● Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive change and innovation.
● In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within the technology landscape.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
● Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is advantageous.
